Refund Request: Customers can request a refund on the same day of purchase. No refunds will be processed after 3 days from the purchase date.

Product Issues: Refunds are initiated if the purchased product is found to be non-functional. Customers can raise a refund request by contacting us via email at support@gplwebsite.com, Whatsapp, or through the support ticket system.

Refund Limitations: Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Inability to install the downloaded theme or plugin.
  • Theme or plugin incompatibility with hosting or WordPress.
  • Requirement of a license or purchase code for activation.
  • Website breakage during theme or plugin installation.

Payment Gateway Charges: A payment gateway charge will be deducted from the refund amount. For example, if a product is purchased for $2, and the payment gateway charges $0.5, the refund amount will be $1.5.

Membership Plans:

  • Starter membership and RESELLER MEMBERSHIP monthly are non-refundable.
  • Other memberships will be partially refunded after deducting payment gateway charges and the number of products downloaded (costing $2 per download).

Digital Products Policy: Once digital software is purchased and downloaded, there is no provision for return. Refunds are only applicable if the product is non-functional or damaged.

Original Licensed Products: Refunds are not applicable for activated original licenses. Exchange or full refund options are available for unactivated licenses, with a deduction for payment gateway fees.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds may take 3-10 days to reflect in the customer’s payment account, depending on the payment medium and bank location.
